Hey, I'm Rosalba!

I’m a medical communications consultant, strategist, and educator. I helping experts translate complex knowledge into high-value services, sustainable offers, and confident positioning.

After completing a PhD in Biomedicine and Biotechnology, I transitioned directly into medical communications and advisory work. Over the past five years, I’ve partnered with global pharma, biotech companies, CROs, and research institutions, supporting scientific publications, medical affairs, educational content, and executive-level synthesis. In parallel, I built the FLAS Foundation to teach other STEM professionals and creatives the business side through a methodical and practical lens.
